To promptly deal with each turn of the market, and provide high-quality products and excellent service, the Linkworld Team pays close attention to raw materials, auxiliary materials, technological development, and market dynamics of sports goods and other items. Our output goes to several parts of the world, such as the US, Poland, Mexico, Australia and Japan, which means we will understand and are familiar with the intricacies and regulations of exporting to many regions.

30,000-square-meter Factory
Linkworld has professional supply chain and management teams. Relying on rich experiences in relevant production lines, Linkworld guides and assists the factories to optimize manufacturing to achieve superior and efficient supply. On account of ample experience and technical assistance, Linkworld is confident in guaranteeing both quality and quantity for all orders on time. Until now, our 30,000-square-meter factory is equipped with automatic machines procured from Italy, Germany, and Taiwan region.

OEM and ODM Services are Provided
We also have 15 designers with about 20 years of experience who are led by an Italian designer. We invest 20 percent of annual sales in R&D every year and release 20 new designs monthly to update your selection. We assign 20 QC technicians with 10 years of experience on each production line to ensure every unit you receive is manufactured accurately by conducting stringent inspections. For your added assurance, all of our products have passed SGS tests. In general,  your orders can be delivered in five to 20 days.

Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

Policy on Forced Labour

Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

We have a large-scale manufacturing facility covering a total area of 30,000 square meters, utilizing advanced production machinery and employing a professional workforce of technicians and engineers. We have more than 500 workers and 25 department managers. Our 20 quality control personnel make sure that you will receive high-quality goods.

Our product testing process is strictly monitored to ensure the best quality for our clients. We inspect every step of production from basic materials to the finished products. We have more than 20 QC personnel who can make sure of good quality as your requirements.

Our Quality Control team strictly checks the specifications of the products before delivery to any buyer.
Product Shipping Terms for Buyers
We supply the quotation at FOB, and clients bear the freight fee. If clients need a special price for CIF or CNF, we can also provide the price. You just need to let us know the destination and the potential order quantity (if possible).
Minimum Order and Delivery Terms
For samples, the lead time is about 7 -15 days. For mass production, the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 pieces, and the normal delivery lead time ranges from 15 to 20 days, depending on the material and order quantity.

Staff Verbal and Written Communication Skills
